Linda Apsey is CEO of ITC Holdings Corp. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic vision and financial operations of ITC and its subsidiaries. She also serves on ITC’s Board of Directors.

Ms. Apsey also has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer, and President of ITC Michigan where she was responsible for the company’s regulatory, marketing and communications, federal, state and local government affairs, and human resource functions.

Ms. Apsey was Manager of Transmission Policy and Business Planning for ITC when the organization was a subsidiary of DTE Energy. Prior to that role, she held a variety of positions at Detroit Edison including Manager, Regulatory Relations, where she was responsible for developing and managing regulatory and communications activities with the Michigan Public Service Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Ms. Apsey received an honorary Doctor of Business degree, and earned a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in public affairs management, from Michigan State University. She has been appointed by Governor Gretchen Whitmer to the Growing Michigan Together Council, is a member of the Edison Electric Institute (EEI), and serves on the boards of ITC Holdings Corp., FortisAlberta, The Detroit Economic Club, The Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce, Business Leaders for Michigan, the Nature Conservancy (Michigan), and the Board of Trustees at The Henry Ford. She is a past member of the Department of Energy’s Electricity Advisory Committee (EAC), the EAC’s Transmission Subcommittee, the Michigan Chamber Board of Directors, the Eli Broad College of Business Alumni Board of Directors at Michigan State University, and the Board of Trustees for Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital. In addition, she is past chair of The Heat and Warmth Fund (THAW) and past President of the Novi Parks Foundation.

Krista Tanner is President of ITC Holdings Corp. In this role, she oversees the overall business operations of ITC and its subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Ms. Tanner served as ITC’s Chief Business Officer. She joined ITC in 2014 as the President of ITC Midwest.

Ms. Tanner came to ITC from Alliant Energy, where she served as Director of Regulatory Policy. While at Alliant, she directed the company’s regional and federal regulatory policy group and led the company’s legal strategy across regulatory jurisdictions. Prior to, she served as a state public utility regulator of the Iowa Utilities Board (IUB) under the appointment by Gov. Chet Culver. At the IUB, she provided leadership in strategic planning, policy issues and organizational performance. Earlier in her career, Ms. Tanner was an Associate Attorney and shareholder at Dickinson, Mackaman, Tyler & Hagen, P.C.

Ms. Tanner currently serves on the board of directors and executive committee for the American Clean Power Association. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the Tippie School of Management at the University of Iowa, a Juris Doctorate from Drake University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Iowa.

Gretchen Holloway is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for ITC Holdings Corp. In her role, Ms. Holloway is responsible for the company’s accounting, internal audit, treasury, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, risk management, and tax functions. She also heads the company’s overall strategy planning process, new business development efforts, and supports ITC’s continued focus on innovation.

Ms. Holloway served as Vice President, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since November 2016. Prior to this role, she was Vice President of Finance, responsible for financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and risk management. She also served as a Director within ITC’s grid development organization. Ms. Holloway has extensive experience in finance including financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining ITC, she held various finance positions at CMS Energy and served as a Financial Consultant at Arthur Andersen.

Ms. Holloway serves on the Board of Directors for Kodiak Gas Services and is the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee. She also serves on the Board of Trustees and is a Finance & Audit Committee member for the Children’s Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to improving the health and wellness of children by raising and granting philanthropic resources.

Ms. Holloway earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Western Michigan University. In 2023, she completed the Chicago Booth Advanced Management Program.

Brian Slocum is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for ITC Holdings Corp. In this role, he is responsible for system operations, planning, engineering, supply chain, field construction and maintenance, and information technology. Mr. Slocum has extensive planning and engineering experience at ITC, having previously served as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Engineering. Prior to joining ITC in 2003, he worked at Detroit Edison in the industrial power, sub-transmission planning, distribution planning, and operations areas.

Mr. Slocum serves on the board for Ascension Providence Foundation and the advisory boards for North American Transmission Forum and the Michigan Intelligence Operations Center for Homeland Security. He is a member and former Chair of the Reliability Issues Steering Committee of NERC.

Mr. Slocum earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Wayne State University and a Master of Business Administration with distinction from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Mr. Slocum is a registered professional engineer in the state of Michigan.

Christine Mason Soneral is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer for ITC Holdings Corp. She is responsible for all corporate legal affairs and the leadership of ITC’s Legal Department, which includes the legal, real estate, contract administration, and corporate compliance functions. As Secretary, she ensures the integrity of the company’s governance framework, is responsible for the efficient administration of the company, and implements decisions of the Board of Directors. As Chief Compliance Officer, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s conformity with laws and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements through the establishment and implementation of procedures that are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Previously, Ms. Mason Soneral was Vice President and General Counsel-Utility Operations responsible for legal matters connected with the operations, capital projects, contract, regulatory, property, and litigation issues of ITC’s four regulated transmission company subsidiaries.

Ms. Mason Soneral has extensive legal experience in the energy, public utility, and telecommunications industries. She joined ITC in 2007 from Dykema, a leading national law firm where she was a partner in the energy practice. While in private practice, Ms. Mason Soneral represented clients before state and federal trial courts, appellate courts, and regulatory agencies.

Ms. Mason Soneral received her Juris Doctorate degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law- Bloomington. While in law school, she authored and published an article in the Federal Communications Law Journal, the nation’s oldest and largest circulation communications law journal. Ms. Mason Soneral graduated with high honors from Michigan State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law/Political Science. She also was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society, which recognizes students with high ethical standards and who are ranked scholastically in the top of their class regardless of field of study.

Ms. Mason Soneral is actively engaged with Michigan State University’s College of Social Science as a guest lecturer, a member of the Board of Visitors, and was a past officer of the Alumni Association Board. Currently, Ms. Mason Soneral is collaborating with the College of Social Science to establish the Institute on Female Leadership. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors at Inforum, a professional organization designed to accelerate careers for women and boost talent initiatives for companies in Michigan.

Ms. Mason Soneral previously served as Chair of the State Bar for Michigan’s Council of Administrative and Regulatory Law Section and previously was appointed to serve two terms on the State Bar’s Judicial Qualifications Committee.

In 2020, Ms. Mason Soneral was a recipient of the Career Mastered Leadership in Action Award. In 2019, she was honored by MSU’s College of Social Science with the prestigious Philanthropist Award. In 2014, Ms. Mason Soneral was recognized by News Talk Radio WJR-AM 760 as one of Metro Detroit’s distinguished “Women Who Lead.”

Simon Whitelocke is Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer, ITC Holdings Corp. He is responsible for ITC’s federal regulatory, government affairs and communications activities, as well as overseeing the strategic direction, community relations and financial performance for ITC’s four operating subsidiaries: ITC Midwest, ITC Great Plains, ITCTransmission and Michigan Electric Transmission Company (METC). Prior to this role, he was Vice President, ITC Holdings Corp. and President, ITC Michigan where he led the strategic direction for ITCTransmission and METC. Mr. Whitelocke also served in other roles responsible for corporate compliance, regulatory affairs, external affairs, and internal audit functions.

Prior to joining ITC, he worked at DTE Energy and in public accounting. Mr. Whitelocke earned a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration in finance and management from Michigan State University.

Mr. Whitelocke is a member of the Board of Directors of ReliabilityFirst Corporation, Food Gatherers, the Michigan Chamber of Commerce and is vice chair of the Boards of Ann Arbor SPARK and Detroit PBS.

Joseph Bennett is Vice President, Engineering for ITC Holdings Corp. In this role, he is responsible for the Asset Management, Design and Project Engineering functions as they support the capital and maintenance programs for ITC’s operating entities. Mr. Bennett was previously the Director of Facilities, Safety and Security where he directed ITC’s overall safety and security programs and was responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the company’s facilities.

Mr. Bennett has more than 20 years of experience in the electric utility industry including power generation, tariff administration, regulatory affairs, construction management, and transmission operations. Prior to joining ITC in 2006, Mr. Bennett held a variety of roles in engineering, operations and management at Michigan Electric Transmission Company and Consumers Energy.

Mr. Bennett is a member of the Advisory Board of the College of Engineering at Lawrence Technological University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering with a concentration in energy systems from Michigan Technological University.

Jenny D’Anna is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Legal Services for ITC Holdings Corp. She is responsible for the legal services group within ITC’s legal department, which is composed of the regulatory and legislative, development, corporate and securities, real estate, capital projects and maintenance and business operations, contracts and technology practice areas across the company’s seven-state service territory.

Ms. D’Anna joined ITC in 2010 and most recently served as Assistant General Counsel-Utility Operations for ITC Holdings Corp. Prior to joining ITC, she worked in private practice specializing in real estate transactions.

Among her professional and community affiliations, Ms. D’Anna serves on the boards of the Michigan Science Center, which inspires curious minds of all ages to discover, explore and appreciate science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), and the Metropolitan Affairs Coalition, a non-profit public/private partnership dedicated to enhancing the economic vitality and quality of life in Southeast Michigan.

Ms. D’Anna earned a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.

Michael Daranyi is Vice President, Finance and Treasurer for ITC Holdings. He is responsible for all treasury and cash management activities, financial planning and analysis, management reporting and risk management, and insurance functions for the company.

Mr. Daranyi began his finance career in 1983. Prior to joining ITC in 2017, he served in various corporate finance management roles with Tucson Electric Power/UNS Energy Corporation, a Fortis company based in Tucson, Arizona. Before joining Tucson Electric/UNS in 1997, Mr. Daranyi served in a variety of finance functions in the medical and business services industries.

Mr. Daranyi serves on the Board of Directors of the Living and Learning Enrichment Center, a nonprofit providing day/evening activities to teens and adults with special needs including vocational and social skills programs.

He earned a Master of Business Administration in finance from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Arizona.

Matthew Dills, Vice President, Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer, is responsible for leading human resource strategy and business partnership. Having been with ITC since 2015, his focus is strengthening company culture to support the business strategy, deploying leader and employee development programs, and driving employment brand to attract and retain key talent.

Mr. Dills previously served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management at Hylant Inc., where he drove growth and business results across six states and a 14-office footprint. Prior to that, he held several positions from 2007 to 2013 with First Solar, Inc., including Vice President of Human Resources, Talent, Learning and Organizational Development. While at First Solar, he helped expand the company from a domestic 250 to an international 3,500 employer. Mr. Dills also served as Senior Director of Human Resources for The University of Toledo, where he drove the strategic development of HR services, including employee relations, compensation, recruitment, and HRIS.

Mr. Dills is an active member of the Southwest Power Pool’s Human Resources Committee and Fortis DEI Advisory Committee. He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the Toledo Bar Association. He earned a Juris Doctorate in law from the University of Toledo, College of Law, a Master of Arts in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of New Haven, and a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University.

Donise Dukes is Vice President of Federal Affairs for ITC Holdings Corp. Ms. Dukes has more than 20 years experience managing government and political affairs at the federal level. She is responsible for leading ITC’s federal affairs team to shape and advance national energy policy that helps expand, modernize, and integrate the high-capacity transmission network. Joining ITC in 2018, she previously served as Director of Federal Affairs for ITC.

Throughout her career, she has worked in various policy and advocacy roles – in both the corporate and nonprofit sector as well as political campaigns. Prior to joining ITC, she served as the Federal Affairs Director for Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG), where she was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s engagement strategies with elected officials and key policymakers on clean energy issues.

In addition to her role at ITC, Ms. Dukes serves as President for the boards of the National Energy Resources Organization and Clean Energy Grid Action, as well as a member of the Policy and Advocacy Steering Committee for American Clean Power Association. She volunteers as a Coach for Character Counts!, a nonprofit, nonpartisan initiative to build character among children and youth in Queen Anne’s County, Maryland.

Ms. Dukes earned a Masters in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts from Salisbury University.

Timothy Greenen is Vice President of Supply Chain and General Services for ITC Holdings Corp. In this role he has responsibility for ITC’s supply chain, safety and security functions.

Mr. Greenen has more than 25 years of experience in the utility industry. He previously served as Director, Operations Engineering and Director, Asset Management. Prior to joining ITC in 2004, he worked at DTE Energy supporting equipment performance and predictive maintenance in substations and generation facilities.

Mr. Greenen earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oakland University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University. Mr. Greenen is a registered professional engineer in the State of Michigan.

Vinit Gupta is Vice President, Transmission Planning for ITC Holdings Corp. In this role, he is responsible for identifying all transmission system needs and developing system solutions to ensure the reliable and economic delivery of electricity to customers across ITC’s four operating subsidiaries. Mr. Gupta previously served as Vice President, Operations, responsible for control room and system operations that support ITC’s four operating companies, safety, human performance, security, emergency preparedness and response. Mr. Gupta’s background also includes extensive experience in operations functions at ITC. Prior to joining ITC in 2013, he worked at Entergy in operations, IT, NERC compliance and transmission and distribution substation maintenance areas.

Mr. Gupta is a Board Member of the North American Transmission Forum (NATF). Also, he is the Investor Owned Utility sector representative of NERC Reliability and Security Technical Committee (RSTC).

Mr. Gupta earned a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India and a Master of Sciences in electrical engineering from Kansas State University. Mr. Gupta is a NERC certified system operator.

Brenda Houtz is Vice President, Operations for ITC Holdings Corp. In this role she has responsibility for control room and system operations that support ITC’s four operating companies, and is the company’s NERC Compliance Officer.

Ms. Houtz previously served as Director of Real Time Operations at ITC. Ms. Houtz has over 20 years of experience in the utility industry. Prior to joining ITC in 2023, she was Executive Director – Operations for Consumers Energy. Her background includes vast experience with Operations, NERC compliance and field operations at Consumers Energy and AEP.

Ms. Houtz currently serves on the NERC Regional Entity Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) Board of Directors.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Huntington University and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership from Spring Arbor University. Ms. Houtz is a NERC certified system operator reliability coordinator.

Matthew Kurpinski is Vice President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for ITC Holdings Corp. He is responsible for all Information Technology (IT) activities at ITC, including cyber security initiatives. He supports all corporate infrastructure and applications including the Transmission Management System and Enterprise Resource Planning.

As CIO, Mr. Kurpinski has primary responsibility for assessing, monitoring, and managing ITC’s cybersecurity risks. He has maintained certification as a Certified Information Security Manager since 2006 and brings extensive experience in information technology and in-depth knowledge in developing and executing our cybersecurity strategies.

Mr. Kurpinski previously served as Director, Application Support & Development at ITC, responsible for applications development, implementation and support, and served as the CIP Senior Manager. Mr. Kurpinski joined ITC in 2012. Prior to joining ITC, he worked for 22 years in the automotive sector in information technology and quality systems management.

Mr. Kurpinski earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.

Charles Marshall is Vice President, ITC Holdings Corp., and President, ITC Michigan. In this role, he leads the strategic direction for the ITCTransmission and METC operating companies. Prior to this role, he was Vice President, Transmission Planning, responsible for identifying all transmission system needs and developing system solutions to ensure the reliable and economic delivery of electricity to customers across ITC’s four operating subsidiaries.

Mr. Marshall previously served as Director of Transmission Planning. He joined ITC as an Associate Engineer in 2004. His experiences range from regulatory policy and stakeholder relations to project engineering and business unit planning.

Mr. Marshall was appointed to the Michigan Infrastructure Council in 2024 for a three-year term. The Council’s mission is to define a vision for Michigan’s infrastructure that provides the foundation for public and environmental health, economic prosperity, and quality of life.

Mr. Marshall previously served as a member of the Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) Board of Directors from January 2021 – December 2023. He earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint.

Purvi Patel is Vice President of Regulatory Strategy for ITC Holdings Corp (ITC), overseeing the development and implementation of strategic plans to ensure regulatory compliance, navigate policy changes and advocate for the company’s interests. She leads and manages administrative and strategic development efforts for regulatory filings and initiatives that help advance the grid of the future.

Having worked at ITC for the past 19 years, Ms. Patel led numerous internal and external working groups and task teams dealing with a variety of transmission issues and represented the company in regulatory proceedings, settlement negotiations, and industry meetings. Previously, she served as Director and Manager of Regulatory Strategy, as well as Senior Regulatory Analyst.

Currently, Ms. Patel serves on the Board of Directors for Common Ground, a nonprofit, trauma informed, recovery-oriented agency dedicated to helping youths, adults and families in crisis. Additionally, she is a Board Member for Advancing Women in Energy and is participating in EEI’s Diverse and Emerging Leaders program. In 2022, Ms. Patel successfully completed a yearlong leadership development program called the Fortis Leadership Lab where participants from 10 Fortis utility operations were hand selected by executive leadership.

Prior to joining ITC in 2004, Ms. Patel was a Market Analyst at Tampa Electric Company and a Financial Analyst at Enron Corporation. She earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Florida.

Amy M. Perlman is Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for ITC Holdings Corp., responsible for the company’s accounting, financial reporting, tax and other related functions. Ms. Perlman previously served as Director and Assistant Controller at ITC, responsible for external reporting, general ledger accounting and business processes, technical accounting policy and research and SOX Compliance.

Prior to joining ITC, Ms. Perlman spent 10 years at Ally Financial (formerly GMAC) serving in a number of leadership roles including Senior Finance Director and Accounting Director. Ms. Perlman began her career in audit services at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Perlman is on the Board of Directors and Audit & Finance Committee for the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan, an organization aimed at helping girl scouts discover their passions, connect with their communities, and take action to make the world a better place. She is also a member of the Audit & Finance Committee for the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to improving the health and wellness of children by raising and granting philanthropic resources.

Ms. Perlman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dusky Terry is Vice President, ITC Holdings Corp., President, ITC Midwest and President, ITC Great Plains. Mr. Terry joined ITC in 2019, and serves as the Business Unit Lead providing leadership and strategic direction for ITC Midwest and ITC Great Plains.

A lifelong Iowan, Mr. Terry spent the first half of his career in the public policy arena before joining Central Iowa Power Cooperative (CIPCO), an electric generation and transmission cooperative, in 2008, as Public Affairs Strategist. He was promoted to Vice President in 2013 and led a team responsible for CIPCO’s business development, wholesale ratemaking, and marketing/energy efficiency programs. His responsibilities expanded to include load forecasting and long-term resource planning where he played a key role in the deployment of CIPCO’s recent utility-scale solar projects. Prior to CIPCO, he served in Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack’s office as an Adviser and Policy Director working to advance the Governor’s policy agenda.

Mr. Terry currently serves as a member of the Iowa Utility Association Board of Directors. An active community volunteer, Mr. Terry previously served as President of the Earlham Lions Club and two terms as Mayor of Earlham, Iowa. He also held leadership positions on the Better Business Bureau of Iowa Board, Madison County Development Group Board, and Greater Madison County Community Foundation Board.

Mr. Terry earned a Bachelor of Arts in public administration from the University of Northern Iowa. He is based at ITC Midwest’s regional office in Des Moines.
